Data Privacy and Confidentiality
Total Maintenance Solutions, LLC (“TMS”) maintains data submitted by its prospects and customers to TMS provided website forms and employment applications as private and confidential. TMS does maintain prospect and customer provided data within its customer relationship management, e-mail marketing, ERP/accounting and related applications. In the instance a prospect or customer can receive TMS products and services from a TMS authorized distributor, TMS will share data submitted to TMS from prospects and customers with said distributor. With the exceptions of the above, TMS does not share any prospect or customer submitted data with any third parties.
