All repairs are hot tested, by TMS trained and experienced technicians, to .5 TORR or better. Vacuum pumps and blowers that TMS rebuilds are backed by a one year warranty meeting or exceeding the OEM standard. TMS reconditions all brands of pumps, including but not limited to Busch, Kinney, Leybold, Rietschie, Beach Russ, Tuthill, and more. Experienced TMS technicians provide full repair and rebuild services. This includes expert disassembly, evaluation and quote, proceeding only on customer approval. TMS Facility
In 2003, TMS purchased its former 26,000 square foot facility in Rock Island, Illinois. In August 2022, TMS expanded to a 75,000 square foot production, manufacturing, warehousing and offices facility just a few miles down the road in Milan, Illinois. The single site houses sales and support offices, parts and equipment storage warehouse, repair workshop, sandblasting and paint booths, custom fabrication shop and shipping and receiving docks. Located in Milan, Illinois, part of the Quad Cities, the TMS headquarters is strategically located to better serve the nation wide customer base.
