Total Maintenance Solutions (TMS) now provides customers three rotating lobe vacuum boosters, all Made-in-USA. In June 2019 TMS started providing customers the TMS RL-1000. In March 2022 TMS added the TMS RL-1500 and TMS RL-2000 booster pumps to its full line of vacuum pumps and boosters. With the exception of several small components, all the parts are made in the USA. And each new TMS RL booster pump is built and tested in Rock Island, Illinois.
The newly expanded TMS RL series continues to have industry leading innovations that save customers time and money that include no motor removal required to replace the coupler element. And, the TMS RL series does not require an oil cup to lubricate the shaft seal, resulting in massive contamination reduction, which is the primary reason for booster failure.
